 We had our best Summer ever, so we have invested in some new equipment to continue improving our service levels…………
In May we installed a new Combi Oven; its a steam oven (sounds like the old days !) The key feature of it is that it gets to heat in seconds and also returns to heat very quickly after opening the door having checked, added or removed food. We have also upgraded our outside dining area on the lakefront in readiness for Winter by installing some new lighting, several small flame heaters and table top gas heaters, and a whole bunch of really warm throw rugs. |
