Popular with visitors and locals alike, Prime's premium waterfront location is complemented by great food and service.

Our famous New Year's Eve dinner party is now open for bookings.

Prime's chef has designed a 3-course menu for early diners and a 5 course menu for later diners, complete with fireworks at midnight.

Well known local band Groova will be playing live music from 10.30pm until 1.30am, including a countdown to midnight.

All tables at Prime have lake views.

 

Early Menu: 5pm to 7.15pm
$90 adults
$70 children 12
or younger

Tomato and basil soup
Served with fresh bread

Sauteed king prawns

On an asparagus salad with cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and lime vinaigrette

Main course

Roasted fillet of beef
With mushroom duxelles, dauphinoise potatoes , buttered asparagus and pinot jus
or
Rack of lamb with a rosemary and hazelnut crust
Kumara rosti, green beans and beetroot glaze
or
Grilled Snapper fillet
New potatoes, steamed broccolini and saffron cream

Dessert

White and dark chocolate mousse
With baileys cream and a berry filled brandy snap basket

Raspberry and peach panna cotta
With sable pastry
